Battle of the Chefs
We hosted our first Signature Experience “Battle of the Chefs” on our Great Lawn. The weather was beautiful! Over 130 members came to see our wonderful Dining Team compete to prepare a dish made from two secret ingredients, swordfish and pickles. Members enjoyed sumptuous heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while listening to beautiful Country Music Singer, Fayssoux McClean. Members Voted for their favorite dish being a blackened sword fish with carrot hay and a pickled corn cake. The competition was close and the winning dish will be served in our Dining Room for the weekend Dinner Special.
