Becoming a Member

To become a Member at Cascades Verdae you pay a one-time membership fee to purchase the cottage or villa home of your choice. Moving into the perfect home at Cascades Verdae does not involve the stresses of a typical real-estate transaction. In fact, there is no deed nor closing recorded. There is a Promissory Note that guarantees you and/or your estate a percentage of the entrance fee you pay for the home you choose. We also offer lower membership fees that are non-refundable.

Membership Fee

Becoming a Member at Cascades Verdae is much like joining a country club. You pay a one-time membership fee and then pay monthly dues each month. Like most country clubs, we offer several different Membership options that will fit what you are looking for.
