The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.
The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!
This year, we are proud to congratulate our HR Director, Keyana Prince, as the recipient of the 2023 Cascades Verdae Supernova Award. Keyana is the heartbeat of the community. She welcomes new Team Members with open arms and dedicates herself to all Team Members’ career paths, benefits management, and work health.
Keyana joined Cascades Verdae as the HR Director, where she immediately felt at home. She wanted to make a real impact on the lives of the people she serves. It brings her joy completing employment verifications for team members purchasing homes, processing Elevate applications for team members returning to school, or completing a status change for a promotion. When employees come to share details of their personal lives with her, she takes pride in connecting with them because Keyana sincerely values relationships. She is exceptionally grateful to be a part of the Cascades-Verdae team.
