Kasey Cecchini September Employee of the Month

At Cascades Verdae, we have an incredible way of honoring our employees. Each month, we award a staff Member that goes above and beyond daily with the Cascades Verdae ‘Employee of the Month’ honors. This month it was awarded to our Life Enrichment Leader, Kasey Cecchini! Kasey supports the community by developing social events, outings, programs and activities while focusing on the six dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational.

As a part of her recognition, she was awarded our Employee of the Month parking spot and a bonus for being a stand-out team player! Kasey is a team member who has worn many hats at our community and has been such a support system. She is a total rockstar, it’s been such an honor watching her continue to grow since she’s joined our team! Her heart is full of love for our Members in our Reflections wing, which is expressed with her caring and compassionate demeanor. Kasey never shy’s away from a challenge, her willingness to take every opportunity to learn and support her teammates can be seen by all. If you need help to find a solution to an issue, Kasey is who people go to. Her positivity and cheeriness spreads all through Cascades Verdae!

Kasey makes an impact everyday with every role she takes on, we’re lucky to have her at Cascades Verdae! She continues to make everyone smile in our community, this is a well-deserved honor! Thank you for your hard-work and commitment, Kasey!
